Machines for dry food
Our machines for foodstuffs are designed for dry products such as flour, semolina, rice, coffee beans or sugar, and for dry cleaning, as standard.
In the food industry, all welded joints are continuously welded and neatly ground, whilst outside this sector, tack and spot welding are possible too. The surfaces correspond to a good commercially-available quality.
Plastics, lubricants and adhesives in the food industry are suitable for foodstuffs/FDA-compliant or NSF H1 registered.
Material
We process steel, stainless steel or highly wear-resistant steel.
As far as stainless steel is concerned, we mainly stock V2A (1.4301/AISI 306), but we also deliver products in V4A (1.4571/AISI 316), for example.
Surfaces
Products made of steel are painted, hot-dip galvanised or strip galvanised according to the plant standard.
We stock RAL colours 1013, 1015, 5010, 6011, 7032, 7035 and 9010, as well as hammertone green and hammertone silver.
With stainless steel, we pickle the weld seams by hand or the construction is immersed in a bath or sprayed in order to pickle it. Outer surfaces can be subjected to glass-bead blasting on request.
Drives
We prefer to use helical geared motors make NORD or SEW, which are mounted on a motor bracket with a flexible coupling.
The standard voltage is 230/400 V or 400/600 V at 50 Hz; the energy efficiency class and explosion protection category will be provided in line with our offering or following consultation with you.
Drawings and Manuals
We design using the HiCAD programme from ISD (a company based in Dortmund, Germany) and can share files in the DXF and DWG 2D formats as well as the STEP 3D format.
You will receive operating instructions in English or German, with other languages available on request.
